Returns/Exchanges
We are not responsible for any lost items. Once your package leaves our hands, unfortunately at that point, it is out of our control. If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered, but you can't find it, in most cases, it was delivered to a neighbor or marked as delivered early and will arrive a few days later. You will need to please contact the shipping carrier for further information regarding your package.
If the package is returned to sender or needs to be re-shipped for any reason, the customer is responsible for reshipment fees/costs.
Due to the nature of our items, unfortunately we don't accept returns/exchanges, however, please shoot us a message if you ever need help with your order. We'd be happy to help!
