How do I care for my polymer clay earrings?  Keep them stored in a cool area away from heat. If they get dirt or lint on them, lightly clean with Acetone. We know it may be tempting, but please DO NOT bend the earrings as they are delicate and can be damaged.

Can you wear polymer clay in the shower/bath?  Although polymer clay itself is water resistant, to extend the life of your jewelry, you should avoid wearing your jewelry in the shower or bath, in a pool or ocean, or around water-based chemicals.

Can I cancel my order? We are unable to cancel orders once they are processed and/or shipped.

Do you do custom orders?  Yes! If you'd like a custom order, please shoot me an email describing what you're looking for and we can go from there!

Do you offer International shipping?

Yes we do! Please be advised we are not responsible for any international duties, taxes, or fees. The customer will be responsible for any duties, taxes, or other fees owed to the carrier once your order arrives.

How long will it take to receive my order?

We try to process all orders within one business day, but please allow up to two business days to process. Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped immediately using USPS. You will receive your order based on the shipping option selected at checkout.
